About You
● A reliable and mature mindset
● Genuine interest in assisting others
● Dedicated to enhancing daily life skills and fostering independence in participants
● A strong commitment and understanding of the rights of people with disabilities
● Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
● Current driver’s licence
● A strong understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Best Practice Standards
● Working with Children check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
● Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care and/or Home & Community Care
● Not limited to language
